Wearable Art and Green Embassy

Fashion itself is of course an art form. At least for me… But sometimes there comes a point it even becomes a manifestation.

Green Embassy is an Australian brand that captures a serious life manifesto under the disguise of fashion. It is a sustainable, organic haute couture brand that originated from art and an Alpaca farm. Already covered by British Vogue and being invited to several fashion weeks, the brand has been discovered by fashionistas with a green conscious. Zuhal Kuvan-Mills the artist and designer also happens to be my lovely and multi-talented cuz.

Each dress is uniquely made from 100% certified organic Australian alpaca, merino, silk and recycled natural fibres, Zuhal’s handmade collections are edgy and authentic. She has made her debut a while ago and her “Earth” collection is perhaps still my favorite but I am truly amazed that how she transformed her artist self into a fashion designer with an identity and soul.

Green Embassy’s coats are to die for and  she had also proven herself with her coveted night gowns. She even dressed Mrs Australia for god’s sake!

Each piece has a story and her stories are mainly around women and land…Sometimes violence against women, sometimes earth being our mother nature…Each piece is different and never look the same.

I am hugely impressed with Green Embassy’s designs and to me it is actually more than a fashion brand. It is  being true to nature in the most stylish way.
